Dongguan Shenghua Plastic Mould Factory, located in Dalingshan town of Dongguan city, has been in the business of plastic injection mould fabrication and injection moulding since 1997. We're a medium sized mould maker, with more than 100 workers in our mould shop and injection shop, dedicated to providing our customers with quality moulds and parts at competitive price.
Long before our factory was established, the owner of our factory, Mr. Chan, has been making plastic injection moulds since the mid of 1980's. With Mr. Chan still working as the chief mould engineer himself, we're assuring that the mould designs we draw up are the optimal they could possibly be and approved by our customers before mould construction. The moulds we shipped cover a wide variety of industries and applications, mainly are for electrical appliances, hospital, automobile, household and other engineering plastic parts.
99% of the moulds we build are for export. Our major customers are from Israel, the US, the UK and Brazil. Staff of our project management team are well trained and proficient in communicating with our customers in English, both by writing and speaking, about the technical points of mould design and construction.
